Great service.
Recently bought my first car (Audi A4) with them. Had to travel all the way to Sheffield for this one as I fell in love with the car as soon as I'd seen the ad. Was not disappointed, car displayed as advertised. An up-to-date car service history too.
Chris was happy to help with a few tips as I wasn't too familiar with diesel engines.
Did I mention, the car price was an absolute bargain.
I would absolutely recommend!

Really impressed with this dealership. Recently purchased a VW Caddy from these guys and the service was phenomenal from start to finish. Searched for the right van for over a month to start a small business from and finally found this company, unfortunately it was slightly above our budget but as we came to learn there is not a lot out there in the spec we wanted. After purchasing I can confirm it was worth every penny, knowing we have peace of mind as the van was kept in good hands and the staff (especially Josh) knew exactly what he was talking about and didn't make us feel pressured at all into buying like a lot of dealerships do. Will be recommending this company to anyone looking at getting a van / car.

Similar to many others, I was unable to see the car in person and therefore placed my trust in Josh that the car was as described, which it absolutely was and in great condition.

Excellent service in delivering the car and picking up the part exchanged car.

I did have a minor issue a few weeks after receiving the car, however contacted Josh and without any hesitation it was put right.

Great service all round and would thoroughly recommend.

I bought a stunning BMW 640D from Oliver. The car was in perfect condition when I arrived to see it as showed in the pictures. I never felt under pressure when I was checking the car with my partner; this gave me the opportunity to discuss about the car with my partner, completely freely and without stress. I really appreciated the fact that Oliver allowed both of us for a test-drive and also, free test-drive. Oliver has been very supportive through all the process, from the first e-mail I've sent to him until he gave me the keys. Furthermore, Oliver gave me the opprtunity to see the car during a bank holiday; this meant to me I had time to organise my trip from Oxford to Sheffield easily with my partner, otherwise would have been difficult to go due to work. Oliver has been open and honest in his answers; he has got a huge experience in this field and this help customers a lot. Highly recommended.

I bought a 911 993 Targa from Oliver and Josh, I travelled up from Brighton to collect the car having only seen pictures and discussed over the phone, although there were a couple of teething issues with the car (not their fault) WBpro and I came to a very fair conclusion. Westbourne professional were great throughout the process, the company could not do enough to put me at ease as i thought the offer was to good to be true. Viewing the vehicle was made very easy and when there was a small problem with payment the salesman didn't make a great deal out of it making the whole process less stressful.

I bought an Audi Q3 at the beginning of December from Westbourne Professional. Service was great from the start. I rang for an appointment to view and wasn't kept waiting when I arrived. The car was in great condition and was cheaper than similar on Auto trader. I took it for a spin bought it, and then drove it home within an hour. Both guys working there were very nice and relaxed and made it an easy process. I did have a slight issue with the automatic start/stop not functioning correctly. I contacted them and they arranged for a diagnostics check which revealed a new part was required. This was sorted promptly and was booked in for the replacement within a few days and all is working correctly. They did apologise for the fault, however it was only a minor issue and unforeseen. I'm very pleased with the service I received and would definitely be happy to buy from here again, a big plus for me is there was good communication throughout and both seem very genuine which was nice after v

The service didn't stop with sales, as shortly after picking up my car it had a minor fault. There was no hesitation from them in wanting to help put this right, which they did. I cannot fault them as for me, I do believe they genuinely care about their customers and want to make sure that everything is OK with their purchase. I would not think twice in using them again or recommending them.

After buying my daughter a car from a second hand dealer which had numerous issues, I vowed never to deal with another ! However after viewing one of Oliver's cars on autotrader, I spoke to him, arranged to view the car on a Sunday . He was very professional, answered all my questions and even remembered to go back to things I had asked on the test drive and had forgotten and was about to leave. Restored my faith - he is quite particular similar to myself - wont buy cars unless hes confident hes not going to have any issues. Thanks for you patience on collection day.
