2025 - The Year in Review

As the curtain closes on 2025, here is a brief summary of what’s gone on here at Westbourne Professional!

It was yet another busy year with a total of 336 vehicles sold in 2025, an eclectic mix of cars, vans, a couple of motorcycles and our first ever HGV! There was certainly an abudance of brands involved, with total sales for each:

As always, we have sold a large proportion of our vehicles to customers from far and wide, including Northern Ireland, Cornwall and the Outer Hebrides! Nationwide sales are the norm for us at Westbourne Professional, we are able to offer walk around videos, FaceTime viewings and nationwide delivery on all our vehicles, so you don't even need to leave the comfort of your own home to buy with confidence from us.

Of our total retail sales throughout the year, we have assisted with the financing of over 25% of these, working with our partner lenders and brokers, along with third-party lenders. As a SAF accredited dealership, all our customer facing staff have undergone specific finance training and have passed the industry recognised SAF Expert test, so you can be assured the finance deal that you take up is the right one for you and your needs.

The trade department of Westbourne Professional continued strongly, selling a varied mix of vehicles from part exchange vehicles that do not meet our stock criteria, along with vehicles sourced specifically for other dealerships by our own dedicated trade specialist. This included a total of 18 all-electric cars from Volkswagen iD3’s, BMW iX3’s and a Tesla Model Y, that were sourced directly from various national lease & fleet management companies and sold to both main dealers and some of the UK’s largest car supermarkets.

Our dedication to customer service was recognised by Auto Trader for the second year running, with us receiving their coveted “Highly Rated” award for customer service in 2025. We take great pride in the service we provide, “Professional by name, Professional by nature” is how we like to operate and the 200+ 5-star reviews we have received on Auto Trader, Google and Car Dealer Reviews is testament to the hard work put in by every member of our team.
