Going Green with Westbourne Professional

In addition to keeping over 50 vehicles on site ready for delivery, Westbourne Professional have expanded their sourcing and consultancy side of the business finding the right vehicles for their clients. One of their latest handovers was a second vehicle to well known Sheffield removals firm, Bramwell Relocation.

Removals expert Jonathan Bramwell purchased his high specification VW Transporter from Westbourne Professional in 2022, and when they needed another van he picked up the phone to Oliver Twigg at Westbourne.

Jonathan explains the majority of their clients are in Sheffield and the Peak District and whilst the traditional large removals van is great for a mansion with a spacious driveway, but a terraced street in Walkley or a narrow stone-walled driveway in the Peak District can often restrict larger removals vehicles. Bramwell Relocation operate a large fleet of vehicles from the traditional large HGV vehicles to smaller vans for delivering boxes and helping with tight spots.

Jonathan approached Oliver with a view of replacing one of his fleet of “happy van” removal vehicles with a strict criteria of size, age and budget, with the essentials requirement for Sheffield, a cleaner Euro 6 vehicle to be used in and around Sheffield's Clean Air Zone.

After an initial consultation, Oliver established their key requirements and provided a quote for a one owner VW Crafter MWB that fitted all Bramwell requirements. Once delivered to Westbourne HQ, the van went through their AA Approved standards and pre-sale inspections along with additional works as requested, before the final touches of the striking Bramwell Relocation livery were applied ready for handover.

The Crafter was put straight to work, and was at a Bramwell client's home within the hour! Oliver Twigg added "We were delighted to be able to supply him with a very high specification example, resplendent in Bramwell’s eye-catching livery, that can often be seen at work on Sheffield’s streets”.
